Administrative & Corporate Support
* Admin Production (Purwakarta): D3 degree; SAP proficiency required; experience in production reporting, quality control data, and administrative support.
* Staff Purchasing: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Textile Engineering; experienced in procurement/supply chain; SAP expertise and fluent English are essential.
* Staff Accounting: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Economics; proficient in financial reporting and SAP; keen attention to detail.
* Recruitment Specialist: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology; experience in end-to-end recruitment or headhunting; strong negotiation and analytical skills.
* Mandarin Translator: Minimum SMA/SMK; fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian; strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Learning and Development Manager: Bachelor’s degree in HR/Education/Organizational Development; experienced in instructional design, LMS, and employee up-skilling.
Technical & Engineering Roles
* Staff Continuous Improvement: Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering; 1+ years in Lean, Six Sigma, or CI; strong process mapping and problem-solving skills.
* Head of Utility (Purwakarta): Engineering degree; 5–10 years in facility management; hands-on experience with boilers, HVAC, chillers, and wastewater treatment plants.
* Project Manager: Bachelor’s in Civil/Construction/Project Management; experienced in large-scale industrial or factory construction projects.
* Supervisor Maintenance (Bandung/Purwakarta): Diploma/Bachelor’s in Engineering; expert in textile machinery (WJL, air jet looms, spinning, and dyeing); strong troubleshooting skills.
* Supervisor WWTP: Bachelor’s in Environmental/Civil/Chemical Engineering; 2+ years of experience in wastewater treatment operations.
* Supervisor Production WJL (Purwakarta): Engineering background preferred; 4+ years in textile manufacturing with supervisory experience in water jet looms.
* Operator Production/Maintenance: SMA/SMK education; maintenance roles require 2+ years of experience with Water Jet Looms (WJL).
IT & SAP Specialists
* IT SAP ABAP Specialist: Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT; 3+ years in full-lifecycle SAP projects; experience as a HANA ABAP Consultant.
* IT Staff Functional SAP (SD, FICO, PP): Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT; 3+ years in SAP configuration, customization, and implementation (S/4Hana); strong analytical skills for complex business solutions.
Education & Child Development (Yayasan Giscare)
* Teachers (Math, BK/Psychologist, Elementary, Kindergarten): Bachelor’s degree in respective fields (PGSD for Elementary, ECE for Kindergarten); strong communication skills; patience and creativity in managing classrooms.
* Pengasuh Daycare: SMA/SMK graduate; experience in childcare; certification in First Aid is a significant advantage.
Sales & Marketing
* Head of Sales (Textile): Leadership role within our textile division.
* Sales and Marketing (Textile): S1 degree; communicative, fluent in English, strong negotiation skills, and a keen interest in textile business trends.
* Creative Design: Bachelor’s in Visual Communication Design; proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop; experience in fashion trends or fabric production is preferred.
