Kirana Megatara Group is looking for dedicated professionals to join our Sourcing Development Program (SDP). This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about agricultural development and supply chain excellence.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75.
* Operational Readiness: A willingness to conduct mobile fieldwork, including frequent travel to visit rubber farms.
* Professional Discipline: A strong work ethic, high self-discipline, and a proactive approach to challenges.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrable leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Commitment: Must be willing to complete a 6-month on-the-job training program and adhere to a 2-year service bond.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of the PT Kirana Megatara Tbk factory locations across Sumatra and Kalimantan.
