* Assistant Mill Manager: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Agricultural Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
* Assistant Infrastructure Manager: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
* Assistant Controller: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Agriculture, Plantation Science, Forestry, or Agricultural Technology.
* HRD Staff: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
