## 1. R&D Supervisor (Location: Manufacturing Division, Bekasi)
The R&D Supervisor will play a critical role in engineering excellence, overseeing the development and refinement of our mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop complex 3D mechanical designs and assemblies utilizing SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
* Validate structural integrity and material durability through technical simulations via ANSYS.
* Integrate product designs with manufacturing processes (DFM) to optimize mass production efficiency.
* Lead the development of prototypes and conduct rigorous technical functional testing.
* Manage project timelines and maintain technical documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOM).
* Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and refining existing product designs.
* Supervise the drafting and engineering team to ensure design accuracy and strict project scheduling.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, including structural design and analysis (ANSYS).
* Prior experience in manufacturing engineering is highly preferred.

## 2. HSE Staff (Location: Manufacturing Division, Bekasi)
Our HSE team is essential in maintaining a safe, compliant, and healthy work environment across all our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise onsite HSE procedures, including PPE compliance, housekeeping, and safety signage.
* Conduct routine inspections, HSE audits, and safety behavior observations.
* Organize and facilitate toolbox meetings, safety inductions, and ongoing safety training.
* Investigate workplace accidents or environmental incidents and draft comprehensive improvement recommendations.
* Manage essential HSE documentation, including SOPs, Permits to Work (PTW), MSDS, and inspection logs.
* Collaborate with operational teams to ensure safety standards are integrated into all workflows.
* Maintain strict compliance with government regulations (K3 Law, environmental mandates) and internal corporate standards.
Qualifications
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or Public Health.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Possession of a valid SIM A driving license.
* AK3U Certification from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) is a significant advantage.
* Excellent physical health, mental resilience, and communication skills.
* Willingness to be assigned to any of Adhimix’s operational locations.
## 3. Warehouse Staff (Location: Mixed Farming Division, Subang & Ngoro)
The Warehouse Staff will ensure the efficiency of our supply chain and the accuracy of our inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Verify physical goods against documentation (Purchase Orders/Delivery Notes) and supervise loading/unloading operations.
* Organize inventory storage using FIFO/FEFO methods and maintain optimal warehouse layout standards.
* Conduct routine cycle counts and periodic stock opname, ensuring physical stock matches ERP/WMS data.
* Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to manage delivery schedules and prevent stockouts.
* Maintain accurate archives of all warehouse operational documentation.
Qualifications
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
* Strong understanding of WMS principles, FIFO/FEFO, Stock Opname, and warehouse safety.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (familiarity with WMS/ERP systems is a plus).
* High level of attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong professional communication.
