## Finance, Accounting, and Tax Staff Position
We are currently seeking a meticulous and motivated professional to join our finance team at our Cikarang facility. This role is essential for maintaining the financial integrity of our manufacturing operations.
Key Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this position:
* Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Management from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Finance, Accounting, or Tax Staff member within the manufacturing sector.
* Age: Maximum age of 30 years old.
* Certification: Possession of Brevet A/B/C certification is mandatory.
* Skills:
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude.
* Japanese language proficiency is considered a significant advantage.
* Availability: Willingness to work onsite at our Cikarang, West Java location.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a vital role in our daily financial operations, including:
1. Cost Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM).
2. Financial Reporting: Reviewing internal financial statements and maintaining strict record-keeping.
3. Transaction Management: Handling accounts payable/receivable, preparing invoices, receipts, and checks.
4. Cash Management: Managing and reconciling petty cash, bank accounts, and daily cash transactions.
5. Taxation: Calculating, preparing, and submitting all required tax documentation.
6. Asset Control: Implementing internal controls and maintaining accurate asset records.
