The HRD Manager will oversee our human resources functions, ensuring that our workforce is supported, compliant with labor laws, and aligned with company goals.
* Bachelor’s degree in Law or Psychology.
* Minimum of one year of experience in an HR role.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven ability in team management and leadership.
* Comprehensive understanding of Indonesia’s Omnibus Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and general labor regulations.
* Must be domiciled in Gresik.
2. Business Manager

* Minimum D3 or S1 degree in any discipline.
* At least one year of prior experience as a professional driver.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
* Technical aptitude and genuine interest in vehicle maintenance and repair.
* Valid B1 Driver’s License.
* Must be domiciled in the Gresik or Surabaya area.
