## Available Position: SMG Mechanical Engineer
We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our operations in Kotabaru, South Kalimantan. The SMG Mechanical Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our mechanical infrastructure.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with the following essential functions:
* Providing expert engineering support and technical guidance to Supervisors and Foremen.
* Developing and upholding industry-leading best practices for the mechanical section.
* Overseeing and standardizing site installations to ensure optimal performance.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: A maximum of 3 years of work experience; background in Fixed Plant Maintenance and/or industrial projects is highly advantageous.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Conveying Systems and Coal Handling Facilities is required.
* Systems Knowledge: Must be proficient in Maintenance Management Systems and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
* Design Skills: Demonstrated competency in AutoCAD.
* Personal Attributes: High attention to detail, strong leadership potential, and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Communication: Fluency in both English and Indonesian is essential for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
* Work Ethic: Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision while maintaining a deep commitment to our corporate standards regarding safety, environmental protection, business ethics, and corporate governance.
