## Available Positions at Susi Air
We are currently recruiting for the following roles based primarily in Pangandaran, with opportunities for travel across our various operational hubs.
1. MT Marine (Product Marketing Specialist)
This role focuses on the business development of Susi Marine. You will be responsible for market research, crafting product positioning, and driving business growth.
* Requirements: Degree in Marketing, Business, Fisheries, or Food Tech. Strong analytical skills and English proficiency are required.
* Key Tasks: Developing marketing strategies, monitoring product performance, and maintaining customer relations.
2. MT General
Designed for high-potential individuals, this program offers direct exposure to strategic projects and senior management operations.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3.25 GPA preferred) from a top university. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.
* Key Tasks: Supporting cross-departmental initiatives, conducting data analysis, and participating in executive decision-making processes.
3. MT HR Expatriate
Manage the end-to-end human resource lifecycle for our international pilots and engineers, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
* Requirements: Degree in HR, Psychology, or Law. Knowledge of immigration/visa documentation is highly valued.
* Key Tasks: Coordinating payroll, managing work permits, and acting as the primary liaison between expat staff and management.
4. MT Human Resource
Assist in the daily administrative and strategic functions of our HR department to support our growing workforce.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a focus on problem-solving and interpersonal communication.
* Key Tasks: Supporting recruitment, maintaining employee records, and ensuring adherence to company policy.
5. Full Stack Developer
We are seeking tech-savvy developers to maintain our web infrastructure using a modern stack.
* Technical Stack: NestJS (TypeScript), Vue.js/Nuxt.js, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and GCP.
* Expectations: Candidates should be comfortable utilizing AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude Code) to accelerate development and debug complex systems efficiently.
6. General Affairs
Ensure the seamless operation of our facilities and logistics through proactive coordination.
* Requirements: Background in Management or Logistics. Strong skills in asset management and facility maintenance are preferred.
* Key Tasks: Managing procurement, vehicle documentation (STNK/BPKB), and building maintenance.
7. Finance & Accounting Officer
Maintain the financial integrity of our operations through diligent cash flow management and reporting.
* Requirements: Degree in Finance or Accounting. Proficiency in accounting software and strong multitasking abilities are required.
* Key Tasks: Executing bank transfers, daily cash reconciliation, and supporting financial audits.
