## Position Overview: HRGA Japanese Speaker

The HRGA Japanese Speaker serves as a vital bridge between local operations and Japanese expatriate management, ensuring seamless communication, organizational compliance, and operational efficiency across multiple corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

Interpretation and Communication Support
* Perform high-accuracy consecutive and simultaneous oral interpretation across various settings, including management meetings, internal assemblies, technical training sessions, audits, visitor tours, and day-to-day interactions between local staff and Japanese expatriates.
* Accompany management and Japanese expats during shop floor operations and production line walk-throughs, facilitating clear communication during site observations and operational briefings.

Translation and Documentation
* Translate a wide range of written business materials accurately and punctually, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), employment agreements, technical reports, official corporate communications, emails, and executive presentations.
* Record, draft, and finalize comprehensive meeting minutes in English, Japanese, or Indonesian for strategic management assemblies, cross-departmental alignment sessions, and employee performance evaluations.

General Affairs and Operational Oversight
* Supervise internal support teams, including corporate drivers and security staff, managing work schedules, task distribution, and performance evaluations to ensure overall site safety and operational flow.
* Oversee the company’s operational vehicle fleet by managing maintenance schedules, usage records, administrative requirements, and fuel efficiency in accordance with company policy.
* Manage corporate infrastructure maintenance and facility management duties to maintain a safe, functional, and efficient workplace.

HR, Legal, and Administrative Duties
* Coordinate legal paperwork and compliance procedures for Japanese expatriates, including work permits (TKA), residence visas, and related regulatory documentation.
* Provide operational support for Industrial Relations (IR) initiatives and general labor management activities.
* Assist with routine departmental administration, including data gathering, weekly/monthly report generation, and meeting schedule management.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

To qualify for this strategic position, applicants should meet the following criteria:

* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Japanese Literature, Law, Business Management, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates with strong linguistic capabilities are encouraged to apply.
* Work Experience: Prior professional experience of at least one year in a similar HRGA or corporate translation role is highly preferred.
* Language Proficiency: Minimum Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N3 Certification. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
* Legal & Labor Knowledge: Practical understanding of labor laws, regulatory requirements for expatriate work permits (TKA), and corporate legal documentation procedures.
* Driving Ability: Must hold a valid Class A driver's license (SIM A) and be comfortable driving four-wheeled vehicles.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational abilities, acute attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the capacity to thrive in a multi-cultural workplace.
## Salary and Remuneration Package

PT Asian Isuzu Casting Center offers a highly competitive compensation package tailored to reflect candidate expertise and qualifications:

* Monthly Base Salary Range: IDR 7,600,000 – IDR 10,000,000
