We are actively recruiting for the following positions to support our ongoing projects and operational growth:
1. HSE Assistant Manager
We are looking for a safety-focused leader to uphold our commitment to workplace excellence.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing HSE systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting risk assessments, and driving performance improvements.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in OHSE or Engineering with at least 5 years of managerial experience. Essential certifications include NEBOSH, OHSMS, ISO Lead Auditor, SMK3 Lead Auditor, and AK3 (Kemnaker). Deep understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 is mandatory.
2. Project Engineer
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering. Minimum 2 years of direct ship repair experience. Must possess strong project coordination, scheduling, and client communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and professional English is required.
3. Piping Supervisor
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in a shipyard environment, specifically handling steel work for vessel repairs. Strong English proficiency is required for this role.
4. Commercial Officer
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture or relevant disciplines. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience within the shipyard industry, with a focus on commercial operations and project requirements.
5. Electrical Engineer
* Requirements: Extensive knowledge of power distribution and control systems. Must be proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or MATLAB. You must be well-versed in IEC, IEEE, and NEC standards, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
6. Mechanical Technician
* Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role. An active SIO certificate is mandatory. Proficiency in English is considered a significant advantage.
7. HR Payroll Specialist
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any major with at least 2 years of experience in payroll administration. We seek candidates with exceptional attention to detail, strong team-collaboration skills, and professional English proficiency.
