* Core Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular, systematic inspections of Central Workshop & Transport (CWT) operations, encompassing warehouse and office administration, workshop workflows, FFB transport, and overall housekeeping.
* Perform meticulous routine checks across palm oil mill stations, including reception, loading ramps, sterilizers, threshers, pressing, clarification, kernel processing, boilers, power houses, water treatment, storage tanks, dispatch areas, laboratories, final effluent treatment, and land application sites.
* Compile, finalize, and format comprehensive QA Mill and CWT reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
* Periodically verify and inspect operational outputs, covering grading and sorting results, oil extraction rate (OER) sounding, oil losses analysis, and oil content analysis.
* Consolidate and aggregate statistical data to formulate Mill Rankings and CWT Rankings.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering (Industrial or Automotive specialization).
* At least 3 years of hands-on professional experience as an Assistant Workshop/Manufacture or Mill Assistant within the plantation and palm oil mill sector.
