## Current Career Opportunity: Officer Commercial Project
CKB Logistics is seeking a driven, analytical, and experienced professional to fill the Officer Commercial Project role. This position plays a vital part in managing complex shipments, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Consultation & Quotations: Deliver accurate information based on specific customer needs, specializing in overweight, oversize, and heavy equipment logistics. Analyze cargo specifications, draft competitive quotations, and ensure seamless order creation within the system.
* Relationship & Revenue Management: Actively support revenue targets while nurturing long-term partnerships with both current and prospective clients.
* Cargo Tracking & Proactive Communication: Monitor, track, and expedite shipments from origin to destination, providing clients with timely, proactive project updates.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between customers and internal divisions, including Operations and Finance.
* Operational Readiness: Oversee cargo readiness, shipping documentation, transit schedules, and auxiliary compliance requirements.
* Customer Support & Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve client inquiries, complaints, and claims in collaboration with relevant departments.
* Financial Oversight: Prepare comprehensive documentation for billing, collaborate with the Finance department to ensure prompt invoicing and payment collections, monitor customer aging reports, and compile performance summaries regarding revenue and project milestones.
Candidate Qualifications
