## Professional Opportunity: Finance Staff (Cost Control)
We are currently expanding our financial operations in our Jakarta office and are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Finance Staff member specializing in Cost Control.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in maintaining the fiscal health of our projects. Your daily duties will include:
* Cost Monitoring: Actively track and control operational and project-related expenditures against approved budgetary frameworks.
* Documentation Management: Review, verify, and process invoices, purchase orders, and employee expense claims with high precision.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement, operations, and project management departments to ensure accurate cost allocation and financial transparency.
* Financial Reporting: Support the team during month-end closing procedures, manage cost accruals, and perform thorough account reconciliations.
* Compliance Oversight: Ensure all financial activities strictly adhere to company internal policies and international financial standards.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Financial Management with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Experience: We welcome applications from both high-achieving fresh graduates and professionals with at least two years of experience in accounting or finance.
* Tax Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of taxation is required; possessing a Brevet Tax certification is considered a distinct advantage.
* Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
* Nationality: This role is exclusively open to Indonesian citizens.
