## Job Overview and Core Responsibilities
As a CNG Plant Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous supply of natural gas from our facilities to our valued clients. Your daily duties will involve technical oversight and hands-on management of compression and delivery systems.
* Compressor Operations: Master the operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of industrial compressors to maintain optimal performance.
* CNG Filling Processes: Execute safe and precise gas-filling procedures at designated Mother Stations.
* Customer Delivery Execution: Manage the seamless distribution and offloading of gas at client sites.
* Heat Transfer Equipment Maintenance: Understand the operational principles and components of vital thermal equipment, including heat exchangers, industrial coolers, water heaters, and electric heaters.
* Instrumentation Management: Monitor and maintain critical instrument equipment such as pressure regulators, control valves, Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs), and various pipeline valves.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for this technical position, applicants must demonstrate a strong foundation in mechanical operations and field safety standards within heavy industries.
* Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on working experience within the oil and gas or manufacturing sectors (experience in dedicated gas utility companies will be a distinct advantage).
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma or vocational school graduate (SMA/SMK/STM), preferably with a major in Mechanical Engineering.
* Technical Literacy: Proficient in using computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office suite.
* Work Flexibility: Physically fit, highly adaptable, accustomed to working in a rotational shift schedule, and fully willing to be deployed for out-of-town assignments.
* Health Compliance: Must have received the COVID-19 booster vaccination.
