## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Age Limit: Maximum 30 years old.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SLTA) or equivalent.
* Preferred Majors: Science (IPA), Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry.
* Health Requirements: Must not be color-blind and must be certified physically and mentally fit.
* Personal Competencies: Capable of working effectively under pressure, highly disciplined, and deeply committed to responsibility.
