We are currently seeking talented individuals to fill several strategic and technical roles within our organization.
1. Business Strategy Specialist
This role is vital for aligning our corporate initiatives with long-term business objectives. You will act as a strategic partner, translating corporate goals into actionable plans using data-driven insights.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or Finance with at least 3 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or business development. Proficiency in strategic planning, project management, and M&A/joint venture analysis is highly desired.
2. Corporate Communications Specialist
You will be responsible for upholding GMF’s reputation, managing media relations, and driving internal/external communications.
* Requirements: Degree in Public Relations or Communication Science with 3+ years of experience. You must possess excellent storytelling skills in both English and Indonesian, strong event management capabilities, and proficiency in digital communication platforms.
3. Aircraft Technician
Technicians serve as the backbone of our safety operations, performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in strict accordance with aviation regulations.
* Requirements: Minimum D3 diploma. Candidates must hold at least two A-ratings (A1, A2, A4) or three C-ratings (C1, C2, C4). A strong commitment to quality and safety is mandatory.
4. Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME)
As an AME, you will certify maintenance tasks and provide technical supervision to ensure total aircraft airworthiness.
* Requirements: Minimum 5 years of industry experience with a valid Aircraft Maintenance License (AMEL) and specific aircraft type ratings (e.g., A320, B737, B777, etc.). Proficiency in interpreting Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM) and English is essential.
5. IT Auditor
