We are currently hiring for several strategic roles across various operational levels. Below are the details for our active vacancies:
1. Foreman Mechanic (Placement: South Sumatra)
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee maintenance and repairs per SOPs, ensure target Physical Availability (PA), and manage breakdown priorities.
* Requirements: Min. STM/D3/S1 (Mechanical/Electrical/Heavy Equipment Engineering), 2+ years of experience as a Foreman in mining, POP certification, and strong leadership skills.
2. HC Strategic & Organizational Development (Placement: Jakarta)
* Key Responsibilities: Analyze business structures and resource utilization, manage talent development, and implement performance management frameworks.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/HR/Management, 3+ years in HC/OD within the mining sector.
3. Foreman Production (Placement: South Sumatra)
* Key Responsibilities: Supervise production targets, enforce safety and quality protocols, and coordinate daily work schedules.
* Requirements: Male, 30–40 years old, min. SMK, 3+ years experience as a Production Foreman, and POP certification.
4. Plant Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Provide technical analysis and recommendations for equipment modifications to enhance performance and safety.
* Requirements: S1 Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong project management skills.
5. Excavator Operator
* Key Responsibilities: Operate heavy equipment efficiently, perform pre-start checks, and maintain safety standards.
* Requirements: Min. SMA/SMK, active SIO/SIM BII General, 1+ year mining experience, and willingness to work out-of-town.
6. Trainer Mechanic
* Key Responsibilities: Develop technical training materials and assess mechanic competencies.
* Requirements: Min. SMK Mechanical, 3+ years as a mining trainer, and experience in curriculum development.
7. Dump Truck Driver
* Key Responsibilities: Operate units safely, perform routine checks, and maintain equipment.
* Requirements: Min. SMP/SMA, active SIM BII General, 1+ year experience (especially with Quester CWE 730).
8. Maintenance Planner
* Key Responsibilities: Create maintenance schedules, monitor spare parts availability, and generate performance reports.
* Requirements: Min. SMK/D3 Mechanical, 1+ year as a planner/scheduler, proficient in MS Excel/CMMS.
9. Trainer Operator
* Key Responsibilities: Conduct theory and practical training for heavy equipment operators.
* Requirements: Male, 30–40 years old, 2+ years as an A2B Trainer, proficient in A2B units and Microsoft Office.
10. Plant Superintendent
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee all maintenance and repair processes, ensure site availability targets, and mentor teams.
* Requirements: S1 degree, 5+ years of experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and POP certification.
11. Purchasing Officer
* Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement, analyze supplier service level agreements, and process purchase orders.
* Requirements: D3 (all majors), 2+ years of procurement experience, and strong negotiation skills.
12. Senior Mechanic
* Key Responsibilities: Perform repairs on broken units, document repair data, and report unit readiness.
* Requirements: Male, 30–40 years old, min. SMK, 5+ years of experience handling A2B units (BMC certification is a plus).
13. Supervisor Maintenance
