## Job Responsibilities of a Production Blowing Operator
Operating at the heart of the manufacturing floor, the Production Blowing Operator ensures that every shift runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Daily duties require a meticulous approach to machinery, materials, and quality assurance.
* Process and Quality Supervision: Continuously monitor the active production process, evaluate machine health, and inspect finished bottle products to guarantee they meet strict quality standards.
* Performance Analytics: Conduct ongoing evaluations regarding overall product performance, line efficiency, and manufacturing quality.
* Shift Preparation: Handle daily operational setups by organizing raw materials, packaging components, work orders, and technical specification sheets ahead of time.
* Documentation and Environmental Control: Complete daily production logs and maintain strict environmental controls within the bottle manufacturing area.
* Reporting: Examine, assess, and submit comprehensive daily production performance reports directly to the shift supervisor.

## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

* Educational Background: Minimum of a Vocational High School (SMK) or a Diploma 3 (D3) degree specializing in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, accompanied by a minimum grade of B or 80 in Mathematics or Calculus.
* Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience operating industrial blowing machinery (such as Sidel, Krones, Shibuya, or Techlong as an advantage), backed by a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles including PLCs, IoT, and industrial automation.
* Interpersonal and Soft Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, effective communication skills, sharp problem-solving aptitude, high accountability, genuine curiosity about technical production spaces, and an optimistic, proactive attitude.
* Health and Physical Standards: Certified physical and mental fitness, which includes no history of color-blindness, Typhoid, or Hepatitis A/B.
