## Candidate Requirements
We are seeking ambitious, driven, and resilient graduates ready to contribute to our commitment to quality. To be considered for this program, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (minimum "Baik Sekali" accreditation). Overseas graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Target Majors:
* Engineering: Industrial, Metallurgy, Civil, Chemical, Electrical (High & Low Voltage), Mechanical, and Environmental.
* Business & Support: Accounting, Law, and Finance/Business Management.
* Language Proficiency: Demonstrated English fluency with a minimum TOEFL score of 500 or an equivalent certification.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates, though candidates with up to three years of relevant professional experience will be prioritized.
* Commitment: Must demonstrate a firm dedication to completing the entirety of the program.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed in Cilegon (Plant Site) or Jakarta (Sales & Marketing office) based on specific company requirements.
