## Available Positions and Specific Qualifications
We are seeking qualified individuals to fill several crucial operational, administrative, and technical roles. Review the specific requirements for each opening below to find the position that matches your expertise.
1. Workshop Data Analyst
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a related discipline.
* Gender & Age: Male, maximum 35 years old.
* Key Experience: Prior experience in operational data processing and analysis, particularly within workshop and warehouse settings, is strongly preferred.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Manage, verify, and analyze technical data regarding unit maintenance, heavy equipment repairs, and inventory movement.
* Generate regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) covering downtime, maintenance efficiency, spare parts consumption, and component failure trends.
* Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions (pivot tables, lookups, charting); proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or internal database systems is a distinct advantage.
* Support technical and logistics decision-making by delivering clear, accurate data visualizations.
* Coordinate closely with mechanics, administrators, and warehouse staff to ensure data consistency between field activities and reporting systems.
2. Workshop Admin
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in any major.
* Gender & Age: Open to male and female candidates, maximum 35 years old.
* Key Experience: Preferred background in workshop or warehouse administration.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with operational reporting and documentation systems.
3. Warehouse Admin
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in any major.
* Gender & Age: Open to male and female candidates, maximum 35 years old.
* Key Experience: Preferred background in workshop or warehouse administration.

4. Storeman

* Key Competencies: Technical understanding of inventory management, hose components, and heavy equipment support systems. Capable of working independently or in a team with high initiative regarding inventory accuracy.
5. Hose Technician
* Educational Background: Minimum Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent.
* Age & Experience: Maximum 40 years old with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
* Key Competencies: Technical understanding of inventory management, hose components, and heavy equipment support systems. Capable of working independently or in a team with high initiative regarding inventory accuracy.
## Technical and Mechanical Roles (Positions 6 through 13)
We are hiring skilled technicians and mechanics to maintain our heavy equipment fleet and ensure safe, continuous site operations.
* 6. Maintenance Servicing Mechanic: Execute routine maintenance, engine servicing, and technical inspections to guarantee unit safety and reliability.
* 7. Electrician: Handle electrical installations, system repairs, and electrical panel troubleshooting.
* 8. DT Mechanic: Perform targeted maintenance and repairs on Dump Truck (DT) units according to factory specifications.
* 9. HE/A2B Mechanic: Service and repair heavy equipment, wheel systems, and hydraulic components.
* 10. HE/A2B Wheel Specialist: Focus on the specialized maintenance of heavy equipment wheel assemblies and related hydraulic frameworks.
* 11. Tyreman: Manage tire installation, repair, maintenance, and stock inventory.
* 12. Welder: Execute structural and component welding in compliance with strict safety and quality standards.
* 13. Body Repairman: Restore vehicle and heavy equipment bodies, including structural damage restoration.
General Qualifications for Technical Roles (Positions 6–13)
* Education: Minimum Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent.
* Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the applied field.
* Age & Gender: Male, maximum 45 years old at the time of application.
Licenses: Must possess a valid Driving License (SIM), preferably a Class A license. For the Maintenance Servicing Mechanic* position, holding a valid SIM BII is strongly preferred.
