## Candidate Requirements
To ensure the high standards of our facility are met, ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience post-graduation, holding a D3 or S1 degree.
* Technical Edge: Previous technical experience gained through On-the-Job Training (OJT) within a power plant environment is considered a significant advantage.
* Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and oral, is mandatory.
* Digital Literacy: Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Relocation: Candidates must be willing to be stationed at our power plant site in Desa Salira, Serang Regency, Banten.
