## Open Position: Warehouse Staff
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Staff member to oversee our inventory management processes and ensure operational efficiency in our logistics division.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with maintaining the integrity of our supply chain through the following duties:
* Managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, strictly adhering to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) methodologies.
* Ensuring absolute inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock opname and cycle counts.
* Maintaining strict compliance with SOP, GMP, HACCP, Halal certification standards, and workplace health and safety (K3) protocols.
* Supervising forklift operators and general warehouse personnel while coordinating daily task assignments.
* Upholding high standards of warehouse hygiene, organization, and safety.
* Managing comprehensive documentation and reporting regarding inventory logs and stock discrepancies.
* Collaborating across departments—including PPIC, Purchasing, Production, QA, and QC—to synchronize material requirements.
* Driving warehouse performance to ensure all company-mandated targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are successfully achieved.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Female.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred, though highly motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high degree of competency in Microsoft Excel.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills, high attention to detail, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
* Physical Requirements: Ability to work effectively in low-temperature environments (Cold Storage).
* Location: The role is based in Deltamas, Cikarang, West Java.
