Engineering Roles
We are seeking bright and ambitious engineers to strengthen our technical teams:
* Engineer Electrical and Instrumentation (BAA-EEI)
* Engineer Process (BAA-EEP)
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.3 out of 4.0.
* Graduation Year: Must have graduated in either 2022 or 2023.
* Professional Experience: A maximum of one (1) year of relevant work experience.
Technician Roles
We are also recruiting experienced and competent technicians to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities:
* Technician Mechanical (BAA-MECH)
* Technician Instrumentation (BAA-INST)
* Technician Electrical (BAA-ELEC)
* Educational Background: Diploma (D3) or Senior High School (SMA/SMK) with a science or technical specialization.
* Professional Experience:
* For D3 Graduates: A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Technician, adhering to stringent safe operation standards in the Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical industry.
* For SMA/SMK Graduates: A minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a Technician, adhering to stringent safe operation standards in the Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical industry.
* Key Competencies:
* Strong eagerness and aptitude for continuous learning and acquiring new skills.
* Proficiency in computer applications essential for work, including at least Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to comprehend English effectively.
* Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively within a team, coupled with strong leadership potential and excellent communication skills.
* Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
* Willingness to work night shifts and adaptable to a roster-based work schedule.
