1. Finance, Accounting, and Tax Staff (Code: FAT Staff)
Based in South Jakarta, this role is critical to our fiscal operations and administrative accuracy.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing VAT and income tax reporting, recording incoming (BRV) and outgoing (BDV) funds in the Accurate system, handling head office petty cash and reimbursements, overseeing vendor payments, and preparing monthly cash flow updates.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; minimum 2 years of experience; proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); deep understanding of journal entries, tax calculations (VAT, PPh 21, 23, Final), and general payment workflows. Candidates must be analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
2. Operator (Code: Operator Samarinda)
Based in Samarinda, East Kalimantan, this role ensures the seamless movement of fuel products.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing the loading and unloading of products for trucks and vessels, maintaining rigorous daily inventory reports, conducting HSE inspections, and performing preventive maintenance on terminal equipment.
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering fields; minimum 1 year of experience in fuel terminals, cargo shipping, or oil and gas mining; must be willing to work in shifts and preferably reside in Samarinda.
3. HSE Assistant Manager (Code: HSE ASMEN)
This leadership role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance within our holding group.
* Key Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining health and safety documentation, monitoring regulatory compliance, creating safety procedures, supervising contractors, and conducting regular risk assessments to prevent environmental incidents.
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Public Health (K3 specialization) or related Engineering; at least 4 years of experience in a similar managerial role; strong leadership and inter-departmental communication skills; thorough knowledge of safety protocols and government regulations.
4. Maintenance Staff (Code: Mechanical MTC)
Based in Samarinda, this technical role is essential for the longevity and reliability of our infrastructure.
* Key Responsibilities: Planning and executing periodic maintenance on company assets, troubleshooting equipment failures, identifying safety hazards during repairs, and coordinating the re-calibration and certification of terminal equipment with external authorities.
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; minimum 1 year of relevant experience in fuel terminals, mining, or oil and gas sectors; must be available for shift work.
