## Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency within our facility. Your primary duties will include:
* General Administration: Managing daily office clerical tasks to ensure smooth department workflows.
* Data Management: Executing accurate data entry and systematic filing of company records.
* Sparepart Procurement: Overseeing the sparepart ordering process to maintain optimal inventory levels.
* Technical Registration: Handling the registration of machining parts and maintaining the integrity of the item code master database.
* Purchasing Support: Managing purchasing requests in alignment with company procurement policies.
## Candidate Requirements
