## Join Our Operational Excellence Team
We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to join our Palembang-based facility. As a Plant Operator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity, safety, and efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily contributions will directly impact our production targets and safety standards. Core duties include:
* Operational Safety: Execute LPG refinery operations strictly adhering to safety protocols to achieve production benchmarks.
* Startup and Shutdown: Lead factory startup and shutdown sequences in compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including management of emergency shutdown protocols.
* Monitoring and Maintenance: Oversee field operating conditions and equipment status, maintain meticulous log sheets, identify necessary repairs, and prepare equipment for technical intervention.
* Compliance and Reporting: Enforce K3L (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and proactively report potential workplace hazards to management.
* Execution: Carry out directives from supervisors related to refinery operations to ensure seamless plant performance.
## Qualifications for Success

* Education: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in a capacity equivalent to a Distributed Control System (DCS) Control Room Operator. Prior exposure to the Oil & Gas industry is highly advantageous.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong English language capabilities.
* Personal Attributes: We value individuals who are honest, authoritative, proactive, and target-oriented. You must be capable of working independently while maintaining high moral standards.
* Location: Preference will be given to candidates currently domiciled in Palembang.
