* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering from a reputable university.
* Requirements: Minimum GPA of 3.00; maximum age of 26 years; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Preferred Skills: Previous experience in Production, PPIC, QC, Warehouse, or Maintenance is a significant advantage.
* Capabilities: Strong conceptual and analytical skills, high energy, and target-oriented mindset.
* Mobility: Must possess an active motorcycle license (SIM C) and reliable transportation; willingness to be stationed at any of our plant locations (Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik, or Bekasi).
