This intensive, six-month accelerated career track is designed specifically for recent graduates who possess a genuine passion for the healthcare industry. Participants will benefit from a robust blend of classroom instruction and hands-on, on-the-job training (OJT) designed to cultivate the skills required to excel as a professional Medical Representative.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
We are looking for motivated candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Medicine.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Skill Set: A strong interest in sales, high energy, adaptability, and an eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, or Medan.
