As an Operational Administrator, you will be the backbone of our daily workflow, ensuring that administrative processes run seamlessly to support efficient freight movement.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an Operational Administrator, preferably within the logistics or supply chain sector.
* Core Competencies:
* Proficient in managing and tracing delivery receipts (surat jalan).
* Skilled in data entry, internal system updates, report generation, and systematic document archiving.
* Advanced proficiency in data processing using Microsoft Excel.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Capable of performing effectively both independently and within a collaborative team framework.

2. Service Advisor
