* Mill Maintenance Assistant: 1 Position
* Afdeling Assistant: 2 Positions
* Agronomy Foreman Trainee (Supervisory Program): 14 Positions
* Harvest & Transport Clerk: 7 Positions
* Senior Lab Analyst: 1 Position
* Fabrication Mechanic: 3 Positions
* Welder Helper: 1 Position
## General Qualification Requirements
Candidates interested in pursuing a career with SKJ must meet the following baseline criteria:
* Age Requirements: Applicants for the Trainee (3, 4) positions must be between 18 and 26 years old; all other positions require candidates to be no older than 35.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/equivalent).
* Marital Status: Candidates for the Trainee programs (3, 4) must be single and remain unmarried throughout the duration of the training period.
* Physical & Personal Attributes: Must be in good health, possess strong discipline, and demonstrate a proactive work ethic.
* Readiness for Remote Operations: Willingness to be stationed in remote estate areas with limited internet connectivity.
* Transportation: Must own a personal motorcycle (Required for positions 1 and 2).
* Professional Experience:
* 3 years of experience for Mill Maintenance and Afdeling Assistants.
* 2 years of experience for Senior Lab Analyst and Fabrication Mechanic roles.
* 1 year of experience for the Welder Helper position.
## The Trainee Program: Provisions and Benefits
For those joining our Agronomy Foreman and Clerical training programs, PT. Sentosa Kalimantan Jaya provides a comprehensive development pathway:
1. Training Duration: A mandatory three-month intensive education program.
2. Service Commitment: Upon successful completion, participants are required to sign a two-year employment bond.
3. Educational Guarantee: Participants must submit their original diploma to the company; it will be returned upon completion of the two-year service bond.
4. Training Allowances & Amenities: Throughout the training period, participants receive a monthly stipend, free housing, utilities (water and electricity), meals, and all necessary training equipment including sports gear, stationery, and uniforms.
