We are currently seeking ambitious, talented individuals to join our team through the Finance & Administration Development Program (FADP).
## The Finance & Administration Development Program (FADP)
The FADP is an intensive, six-month accelerated learning journey designed to sharpen your professional expertise and provide deep insights into the core management processes of the SERA Group. Participants will gain hands-on experience, bridging the gap between academic theory and real-world corporate financial leadership.
## Core Responsibilities and Daily Operations
Upon joining the FADP, you will step into a pivotal role within our administrative and financial operations. Your primary duties will include:
* Financial Oversight: Managing branch cash flow, overseeing billing progress, and tracking Accounts Receivable (A/R) while verifying payment requests and debt recognition documentation.
* Reconciliation: Executing bank checks for vendor and customer payments and conducting regular audits of branch cash holdings.
* Reporting and Budgeting: Generating detailed branch performance reports and assisting in the formulation of the annual branch budget.
* Resource Management: Monitoring the condition and maintenance costs of public facilities and branch assets.
* Team and Environment Leadership: Supervising branch administrative personnel and implementing corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives as directed by the Branch Manager.
* Health and Safety: Cultivating a productive work environment that prioritizes staff health, safety facilities, and regular medical screenings.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the drive to grow within a fast-paced environment. To qualify for this program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
2. Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to two years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Internal Audit, or Public Accounting will be considered at an advantage.
3. Age Limit: Maximum 25 years old at the time of application.
4. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to create and analyze financial statements regularly.
5. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, advanced analytical thinking, a proactive approach, and a customer-centric mindset.
6. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
7. Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our branches throughout Indonesia.
