1. Quality Control Staff
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in Agribusiness or Fresh Goods (fresh graduates are welcome).
* Key Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, ISO standards knowledge, strong leadership, and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
2. Cut Fruit Production Senior Associate
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electro, Mechanical, or Food Technology).
* Experience: 1-2 years in the FMCG sector, ideally in a supervisory role within food and beverage production.
* Key Skills: Certification in GMP and HACCP is highly preferred. Must be adept at team management, data reporting, and analytical problem-solving.
3. Dry/Dairy Product Growth Specialist
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Experience: Min. 2 years in marketing, sales, or trade marketing within the beverage or snack industry.
* Key Skills: Creative, target-oriented, and highly skilled in analytical thinking and negotiation.
4. Finance Analyst (FMCG)
* Job Scope: Conducting branch audits, analyzing performance fluctuations, and redesigning SOPs.
* Qualifications: Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 2 years of experience as an auditor (Big 4 background preferred).
* Key Skills: Expertise in business processes, control activities, and MS Visio. Must be willing to travel for site inspections.
5. Tax Specialist
