## General Requirements and Qualifications

* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in a relevant position.
* Certifications (For Supervisory Roles): Preference is given to candidates holding BNSP certifications such as POP, POM, and other supervisory credentials.
* Licenses (For Drivers and Operators): Must possess a valid SIM BII Umum driver's license.
* Technical Training: Completion of a Basic Mechanic Course (BMC) is advantageous for mechanical roles.
* Work Arrangement: Willingness to be placed at the Weda Bay Nickel jobsite in North Maluku and to work under an established roster system.
