1. Mine Engineer
The Mine Engineer plays a pivotal role in designing and executing strategic mine plans that align with the company’s long-term objectives. You will be responsible for balancing resource optimization with economic viability.
* Develop and monitor life-of-mine project schedules, including production sequences and ore blending strategies.
* Utilize geological data—such as block models and grade distribution—to design efficient mining pits.
* Prepare comprehensive short, medium, and long-term mine plans covering production, equipment needs, and financial forecasting.
* Control budget assumptions to ensure optimal capital (Capex) and operational (Opex) expenditure.
* Implement Good Mining Practices to maximize Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Net Present Value (NPV).
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
* At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
* Mandatory Pengawas Operational Pratama (POP) certification.
* Advanced proficiency in mining software such as Vulcan, Surpac, Deswik, Whittle, MineMax, and MineSched.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental presentation.
2. Junior Geologist
The Junior Geologist is essential for maintaining the integrity of our mineral resources. You will work on-site to oversee sampling, mapping, and the validation of geological data to ensure that our output meets the highest quality standards.
* Oversee the quality of nickel ore by conducting routine sampling and laboratory analysis.
* Supervise the production chain, from extraction to shipping, ensuring zero contamination.
* Provide field direction to heavy equipment operators to target high-grade materials.
* Audit sampling stations and laboratory processes to ensure representative data.
* Monitor contractor performance, including workforce readiness and procedural compliance.
* Validate production data to support high-level management decision-making.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geological Engineering.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
* POP certification is highly preferred.
* High competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
