1. Sales & Marketing
As a Sales & Marketing professional, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion, connecting premium clients with our top-tier home elevator solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align seamlessly with corporate business objectives.
* Generate, compile, and manage prospect databases to identify high-potential leads.
* Design comprehensive product proposals tailored to prospective clients.
* Drive direct product sales through compelling presentations, face-to-face meetings, and strategic pitches.

Professional Qualifications:

* At least 2 years of proven marketing experience within the elevator industry, luxury automotive sector, high-end real estate, or related luxury markets.

Professional Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering, with a strong preference for Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as an Elevator Technician.
* Comprehensive understanding of elevator installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
* Strict adherence to occupational health and safety (KHS/HSE) standards.
* Highly disciplined, accountable, eager to learn, and capable of working independently or within a team.
* Physically prepared for fieldwork, site visits, and traveling to customer locations.
* Strong proficiency in elevator electrical systems and the ability to read wiring diagrams or schematics is a major plus.
