## Role Overview: HR Operations
In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative processes, ensuring that HR documentation is handled with precision and integrity. You will play a critical part in maintaining our internal records, supporting audit readiness, and ensuring that our operational workflows remain smooth and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily contributions will be vital to the success of our HR operations. Your primary tasks include:
* Documentation Management: Processing and managing signed Letter of Extension (LoE) documents on a monthly basis.
* Data Integrity: Thoroughly reviewing physical documents to verify signatures and updating status trackers with high accuracy.
* Archiving: Systematically organizing and archiving physical and digital records for every employee to ensure compliance.
* Compliance Tracking: Proactively identifying missing or incomplete documentation and performing necessary follow-ups.
* Audit Readiness: Maintaining an organized, audit-ready physical filing system.
* General Support: Assisting the HR department with various administrative functions and ad-hoc tasks as required.
## Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, or a related field.
