Candidate Requirements
We are seeking motivated, disciplined individuals who are ready to make a significant impact. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Demographics: Male, maximum 25 years of age.
2. Education: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
3. Academic Standing: Minimum GPA of 3.25.
4. Health & Fitness: Must be in excellent physical and mental health; must not be colorblind.
5. Flexibility: Willingness to be stationed anywhere in Indonesia and reside in company-provided housing during the training tenure.
6. Commitment: Must agree to an intensive training schedule and a two-year service bond.
