## Work Roster and Requirements
Selected candidates will be stationed at our North Konawe site. We maintain a structured work-life balance through our operational rosters:
* Superintendent Level: 7 weeks on, 2 weeks off (7:2).
* Supervisor and Foreman Levels: 8 weeks on, 2 weeks off (8:2).
