## Current Career Openings
We are currently seeking motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven individuals to fill the following key roles within our organization.
1. Recruitment Staff (AKAD)
As a Recruitment Staff member, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes to ensure our operational workforce requirements are met efficiently.
* Execute high-volume recruitment (mass hiring) and manpower fulfillment for various regional operational sites.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, administrative selection, and conducting interviews.
* Coordinate with the Ministry of Manpower regarding AKAD, AKL, WLKP, and other mandatory labor administration processes.
* Maintain strong relationships with third-party labor vendors and agencies.
* Monitor workforce fulfillment for roles including harvesters, maintenance crews, and daily laborers.
* Travel periodically to different regions to oversee onsite recruitment and sourcing activities.
* Analyze and report on manpower metrics to assist management in strategic decision-making.
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in high-volume or operational hiring.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and solve problems proactively.
* Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia as required.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
2. KSO Financial Monitoring Staff
This role focuses on maintaining the financial integrity of our Joint Operation (KSO) units through diligent monitoring, reporting, and control.
* Monitor and control financial transactions and operational activities within KSO units.
* Review and verify financial documents, invoices, and payment supporting evidence.
* Analyze variances between budget allocations and actual financial realization.
* Prepare periodic financial monitoring reports for executive management.
* Reconcile financial data across various operational reports and company records.
* Ensure compliance with financial obligations as outlined in KSO agreements.
* Assist in audits and identify potential financial risks or administrative inconsistencies.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
* 2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or controlling.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial statement analysis.
* Experience with KSO frameworks is considered an advantage.
* Exceptional accuracy, integrity, and analytical skills.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and systematic report generation.
* Ability to manage multiple unit monitoring tasks simultaneously.
