## Position Overview: QA Engineer (Manual & Automation)
We are actively seeking an experienced QA Engineer (Manual & Automation) to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our mission-critical digital systems. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to safeguard software quality across web, mobile, and complex interconnected platforms.
## Key Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following baseline professional qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience in software quality assurance, encompassing both manual testing methodologies and automated testing frameworks.
* Advanced Testing Expertise: Demonstrated success in designing and executing rigorous integration tests, as well as load and performance evaluations on production-grade systems.
* Platform Versatility: Proven track record of testing web applications, mobile platforms, and API-driven architectures embedded within multi-system environments.
* Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail, capable of drafting precise bug reports, comprehensive test plans, and crystal-clear documentation.
* Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to partner seamlessly with software developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
## Core Technical Competencies
Successful candidates should possess a robust, hands-on technical skill set across the following domains:
* Manual Testing: Proficiency in test plan formulation, test case design, exploratory testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* UI Test Automation: Working knowledge of modern web automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent frameworks.
* API Testing & Automation: Expertise in validating backend services using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
* Complex Integration Flows: Experience testing data and operational flows across diverse enterprise systems, including POS, ERP, WMS, and third-party APIs.
* Performance & Load Testing: Capability to execute stress and load tests using k6, JMeter, Locust, or Gatling, alongside deep bottleneck analysis of key performance metrics (throughput, response times, error rates, and p95/p99 latency).
* Database Management: Competency in using SQL for database validation and preparing reliable test datasets.
* CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with integrating automated test suites into continuous integration pipelines via GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
* Management & DevOps Tools: Practical experience with defect tracking platforms (Jira, TestRail), version control (Git), and foundational Linux/Docker environments for setting up local testing nodes.
