## The Role: Supervisor Development Program (SVDP)
As an SVDP participant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our operational excellence. You will be at the heart of our manufacturing floor, ensuring that our legacy of quality remains intact while driving efficiency and innovation within your team.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will revolve around optimizing production flow and maintaining a culture of safety and precision:
* Production Oversight: Monitor and control production output throughout your shift to ensure all targets are met in strict alignment with operational planning.
* Problem-Solving: Proactively identify challenges and perform root cause analysis regarding production defects, output gaps, and operational waste.
* Safety and Compliance: Direct, monitor, and implement rigorous safety standards and 5R (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) methodologies to ensure a productive and safe working environment.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are ready to step into a leadership role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: While we welcome fresh graduates to apply, candidates with at least two years of professional experience in a production environment will be prioritized.
* Core Competencies: Must possess exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to lead and motivate a team.
* Logistics and Flexibility: Must reside in or be fully willing to relocate to Tangerang. You must also be prepared to work in a shift-based rotation system.
