1. Production Staff – Japanese Speaker (Code: MACO)
In this role, you will bridge the gap between administrative processes and cross-cultural communication.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Systematically manage, organize, and archive production division documentation.
* Provide essential support for both internal and external compliance audits.
* Maintain document lifecycle management, including the disposal of expired records.
* Serve as a linguistic bridge by translating technical and operational documents between Japanese, Indonesian, and English.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Minimum JLPT N3 certification.
* Strong background in document control and administrative workflows.
* Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
2. Quality Staff – P1 & P3 (Code: QA-P3)
We are hiring for Quality Staff positions (P1 and P3) to ensure our products meet the highest industry benchmarks.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Execute precise dimensional inspections using specialized measurement tools.
* Conduct rigorous in-process and final product verifications to ensure total conformity with customer specifications.
* Analyze and document measurement data to identify trends and facilitate continuous improvement.
* Perform "Not Good" (NG) verifications, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot quality concerns.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a Quality control function.
* Direct experience in the manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
* Proficiency in operating measurement instruments such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and dial indicators.
