## Career Opportunities: Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP)
We are currently seeking passionate, driven, and talented individuals to join our team through the Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP). This program is designed to cultivate future leaders within the industry across three specialized tracks:
* FGDP – Engineering: Focused on technical precision and infrastructure design.
* FGDP – Production: Centered on operational efficiency and resource management.
* FGDP – Plant: Dedicated to the maintenance and optimization of heavy machinery.
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure that our future team members are well-equipped to excel in our fast-paced mining environment, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background:
* For Engineering & Production tracks: Candidates must hold a degree in Mining (SMK or S1), Civil Engineering (S1), or Geology (S1).
* For Plant track: Candidates must possess a background in Mechanical Engineering (SMK or S1) or Industrial Engineering (S1).
* Essential Skills & Attributes: Applicants must be physically and mentally fit, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate natural leadership potential.
* Health Compliance: All candidates must have received the third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
* Location Preference: Priority is given to candidates residing in East Kalimantan.
* Availability: Applicants must be able to attend the in-person selection process held in Samarinda.
* Placement: Successful candidates will be assigned to the Kaubun Site in East Kutai.
