1. Supply Chain Management (SCM) Admin
Location: Head Office, South Jakarta
* Manage, process, and reconcile transport delivery notes and invoices.
* Handle data entry using SAP and Microsoft Excel with high precision.
* Coordinate documentation for Accounts Receivable and Payable.
* Support vendor management, including contract administration and price comparisons.
* Manage import documentation and coordinate financial payments related to logistics.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in a related field.
* At least 1 year of experience in administrative roles.
* Strong attention to detail and proficient in MS Excel.
* Experience with SAP is highly advantageous.
* Role is based on an outsourcing contract.
2. Mill Operator
Location: Factory, Medan
* Oversee production lines to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Operate milling machinery and monitor SCADA systems.
* Track raw material usage and production efficiency.
* Maintain strict quality control and safety standards (K3).
* Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
* Minimum D3/S1 degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Food Technology preferred).
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operator or Foreman, preferably in FMCG or flour milling.
* Capable of working in a shift system under high-pressure environments.
3. Warehouse Checker
Location: Factory, Cilegon, Banten
* Execute shift briefings and ensure strict adherence to safety (K3L) regulations.
* Verify packed product quantities and manage transfer order slips.
* Coordinate loading schedules with the Foreman and Forklift Operators.
* Monitor inventory management, including FIFO implementation and fumigation orders.
* Maintain warehouse cleanliness and support QA verification processes.
* Minimum high school (SMA) diploma or equivalent.
* Basic proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office.
* Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a strong plus.
