1. Railway Travel Controller (PPKA)
2. Railway Track Maintenance Specialist – Tracks, Bridges, & Buildings (TPJKA – JJB)
3. Railway Maintenance Specialist – Signaling, Telecommunications, & Electrification (TPJKA – STL)
General Qualifications
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree.
For PPKA:* Railway Transportation Management, Informatics Engineering, or Information Systems.
For TPJKA – JJB:* Building Technology, Railway Tracks, or Civil Engineering.
For TPJKA – STL:* Railway Electrical Technology or Electrical Engineering (Weak Current).
* Age Requirements: Minimum 20 years; maximum 27 years. Candidates with 5 years of relevant professional experience may apply up to age 32.
* Physical Standards: Minimum height of 165 cm for men and 160 cm for women. Must be free from color blindness and not require eyeglasses.
* Health & Wellness: Must be physically and mentally fit, and committed to a non-smoking policy while on duty.
Preferred Certifications and Skills
* PPKA: Possession of a Railway Human Resources Competency Certificate (Smartcard) is highly preferred.
* Maintenance Roles: Possession of a Maintenance/Inspector Competency Certificate (Smartcard) and Surveyor certification is advantageous.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD is required for the TPJKA – JJB position.
