## Job Role: Production Operator
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Production Operator to join our facility. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our global clientele.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for the efficient execution of our production workflow, specifically:
* Filling and Packaging: Managing the end-to-end process of filling containers and final product packaging.
* Operational Preparation: Setting up, maintaining, and operating essential equipment, including pumps, storage tanks, and labeling systems.
* Quality and Quantity Control: Accurately calculating production output and conducting thorough checks to ensure every batch aligns with our strict Quality (QC) and quantity requirements.
## Ideal Candidate Profile
To thrive in our fast-paced production environment, candidates should possess the following background and skill set:
* Educational Background: Must hold a high school diploma (SMA/SMK), preferably with a focus on Science (IPA) or Technical fields.
* Location: Candidates residing in the Bekasi area are highly encouraged to apply.
* Experience: While we welcome fresh graduates, applicants with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a production environment will be given priority.
* Professional Skills:
