## Job Overview: Quality Control Operator
As a Quality Control Operator at PT Daikin Industries Indonesia, you will serve as a vital guardian of manufacturing excellence. Your daily responsibilities ensure that every climate control unit leaving the assembly line meets the rigorous global standards that Daikin is famous for worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Comprehensive Inspection: Conduct thorough visual, dimensional, and specification assessments on incoming raw materials and parts from suppliers, strictly referencing official datasheets and technical drawings.
* Analytical Problem Solving: Evaluate inspection outcomes and formulate actionable improvement recommendations to consistently elevate overall product quality.
* Accurate Documentation: Generate precise, timely daily inspection logs and detailed defect reports.
* Returns Verification: Inspect and verify components and parts returned from the production floor or field operations.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with team leaders to immediately address material non-conformances or operational abnormalities.
* Compliance Management: Ensure all working procedures strictly adhere to internal quality frameworks, Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations, and 5S workplace organization principles.

* Material Judgment: Exercise professional authority to accept or reject incoming materials based on strict quality thresholds.

Professional Background
* Work Experience: Between 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience operating in a quality control capacity. Experience within electronics, electrical manufacturing, automotive sectors, metal stamping, or injection molding environments is strongly preferred.
Core Technical Skills
* Precision Measurement: Proficiency in utilizing technical measurement instruments, including Multimeters, LCR Meters, Calipers, and specialized gauges.
* Blueprint Literacy: Demonstrated capability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings and complex datasheets.
* Electrical Competency: Solid understanding of electrical circuitry, electronic components, and professional soldering techniques.
* Digital Literacy: Strong computer skills, with a heavy emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Word for data tracking and reporting.
Physical and Educational Requirements
* Physical Fitness: Good general physical health with absolute freedom from color blindness (both total and partial) and a maximum visual acuity of +/- 1.
