We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Engineering professional to join our dynamic team and drive our operational excellence to the next level.
## Key Responsibilities for Production Engineering
The Production Engineering role is pivotal to our daily operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with optimizing our manufacturing workflows and ensuring that our output meets the rigorous quality standards our clients expect.
* Production Planning: Develop comprehensive production and machine maintenance schedules.
* Operational Control: Monitor and evaluate daily production performance to ensure targets are achieved.
* Efficiency Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on productivity metrics and propose innovative performance improvement programs.
* Process Standardization: Draft, review, and update Work Instructions (WI) and production process parameters.
* Root Cause Analysis: Address production bottlenecks or failures by implementing systematic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure all manufacturing processes strictly adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP), quality benchmarks, and corporate regulations.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate seamless production workflows and machine reliability.
## Required Qualifications and Professional Experience
To succeed in this role, we require a professional with a strong technical background and a proactive approach to manufacturing challenges.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a Production Engineering capacity within a manufacturing environment.
* Management Systems: Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
* Continuous Improvement: Proven track record in implementing Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or similar improvement methodologies.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, production machinery, and maintenance fundamentals.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, complex problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
* Computer Literacy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
