In this Part Sales Development Program role, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales expertise and contribute to the company’s continued growth and success. What we’re looking for: Must have bachelor’s degree Minimum D3 majoring in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Heavy Equipment Engineering is a must Preferably those who have experience in minium 1 years in the field of Part Sales / Mechanic / (Fresh Graduate are also welcome to apply). Minimum GPA: 3,30 Possess excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills Has customer focus skills and able to build relationships with customers Has excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking & negotiation skill A confidence, ambitious, and courage individual with a drive to succeed Has a basic understanding of BMC (Basic Mechanic Course) and troubleshooting is a plus Able to work as individual or team work Good understanding with Micrsoft Office Have a good English Language skills.
