## Job Vacancy: Site Officer Shift
PT Elnusa Petrofin is currently expanding its operational capabilities and seeking a dedicated, highly motivated professional to fill the Site Officer Shift position. This role sits at the heart of our field operations, demanding vigilance, leadership, and technical precision.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight: Manage and supervise the receiving, storage, and distribution workflows of fuel products at designated client sites.
* Inventory Control: Guarantee uninterrupted fuel availability matching client demands while keeping stock levels within strict safety parameters.
* Reporting & Reconciliation: Conduct meticulous daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring, recording, and reconciliation of fuel inventories.
* Facility & Quality Management: Oversee storage tank metrics, including volume measurements, product quality assurance, and overall facility maintenance.
* Discrepancy Investigation: Identify, document, and investigate stock variances (gains and losses) promptly to prevent product shrinkage.
* Process Supervision: Monitor supplier intake and end-user distribution pathways in strict compliance with standard operating procedures.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with clients, transport providers, and internal teams to eliminate supply bottlenecks.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in an Engineering discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in operational environments; energetic fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
